Shipping:

Shipping is by UPS or US Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping considerations: If you are in a hurry, for one to two books, consider USPS Priority Mail. Inside the US, consider UPS Ground service. For orders outside the US, consider UPS Worldwide Express. UPS will not deliver to a PO box. The cheapest (but often slowest) way to ship more than two books in the US is USPS book-rate, which is also known as media mail. See the note Using USPS book-rate shipping below.

To calculate shipping costs:

•  Sum the weights of the items purchased.
•  If more than 2 books are in your order, add 1 pound to the weight for packaging. For large orders, add 1 pound packaging for every 10 books.
•  Use the links below to execute the UPS Shipping calculator or the USPS Shipping calculator.
•  Enter the shipping cost and corresponding shipping method into the Order Form.

The shipping calculators assume JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Because the result from the shipping calculators is not automatically entered into the order form, be sure to record the calculated shipping cost. Also be sure to note the type of shipping selected within the shipping calculator and indicate this same shipping mode in the order form.

Shipping Calculators:

§ The UPS Shipping Calculator.
You do not need a UPS UserID and Password to use this calculator. When using this shipping calculator, use these answers:
